About the role

As we continue to win new clients and manage their advertising campaigns, we’re recruiting the very best campaign management executives to fuel the delivery of our work. 

All our roles have great growth potential (whether you want to specialise or move into broader management), but for the next 6 months or so we’re looking for people who are ready to learn fast and earn their stripes ina front-line delivery role.

If you’re already in a similar role, you’ll probably have an idea of what this means.

If not, for us this means understanding client briefs, setting up campaigns, monitoring results, detailed analysis of data, coming up with ideas for improvements, liaising between our technical and customer success teams, and keeping our systems and processes up to date.

What are we looking for?

Well, we don’t expect the “finished article” straight away.  Some experience in analytics, advertising, recruitment or campaign management is obviously a welcome bonus, but you may also have relevant experience from work experience, a university course, or some time in a related role.

What we do absolutely expect (non-negotiable!) is:

• An appetite for growth and learning,

• A really positive attitude,

• An analytical and detail-oriented mind,

• And a solid foundation of professional and personal skills (solid grasp of MS Excel, great written and spoken English, etc.)

(Oh, and one more thing that we think is particularly important: we’re looking or people who will enjoy a culture where asking questions and learning on the job is part of the game.  We want you to pick things up fast, but we don’t expect you to know what you’ve never been told!)
