About the role
Talent Nexus is growing faster than ever before. That means our Customer Success team is scaling up to match! We’re now looking to welcome a Customer Success Manager onboard to work with our CS lead, who will support your journey with us every step of the way.
You’ll dive into the world of recruitment marketing and develop a great understanding of both our clients and the wider industry.It’s a big role and packed with opportunities. Perfect for someone with experience in the account management space, who is looking to take the next steps in their career.
What we’re looking for
To be honest, things can get busy in the Customer Success world. That’s why this role would be ideal for someone who is able to juggle multiple tasks and projects.
It will involve lots of coordinating with clients and internal stakeholders – so you’ll need to enjoy working with others,multi-tasking providing delightful experiences.
And to make sure we’re achieving success for the teams wework with; you’ll be setting KPIs, checking in on the performance of their campaigns, fixing problems and identifying opportunities for growing accounts.
You’ll also need:
· A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
· Great communication skills, with the ability to both present to others and take notes
· A willingness to learn and a drive for personal development
