About the role
We’re looking for a data entry and admin assistant to join our team, to help us provide great reporting and analytics for our clients. This is a top priority for us, and an immediate start is available.
We’ve been growing super-fast recently, and don’t want our ability to quickly produce excellent client reports to slow us down. So this is an entry-level but critical role. Could you be the data-entry-whizz we’re look for?
What we’re looking for
We believe this role would be the perfect fit for either:
1. Candidates with strong foundational skills, the ability to pick things up quickly, and an interest in entry level positions with significant growth potential.
2. Candidates with existing experience, looking for a role that fits in around personal commitments, as this role will have good flexibility options.
This is a full-time and permanent role with Talent Nexus, which also comes with options for a significant level of flexibility regarding start times and working from home.
Our values really matter to us and play a big part in how we hire. Our non-negotiable requirements are that you are an enthusiastic, proactive individual with an appetite for growth and learning.
In terms of specific skills, you’ll need to be totally confident working with spreadsheets (MS Excel) with an aptitude for numerical and data tasks. We’ll need you to have a super-high attention to detail and impeccable standards when it comes to handling data.
There are also everyday office proficiencies that we expect, as well as the personal skills required to get by in a busy and often fast-paced environment.
