Talent Nexus are recruiting new sales executives to join their fast-growing team. We’ve got exciting plans for 2024 and beyond, and you could join us on the journey.

Our plan is to hire, train, and develop a new cohort of 6 new Sales Executive colleagues who’ll join at the same time and follow the same structured onboarding plan. By the end of your induction, you’ll be ready to throw yourself into all aspects of a “classic” sales role, from prospecting on the phone to booking meetings (and later, running them, and closing them).

Mindset, attitude and potential are much more important to us than experience. We’ve got a great track record of hiring people for their “values fit” and turning them into high-performing members of the team. If you’ve got relevant experience, great! But if you don’t, don’t let it put you off.

There’ll be lots of opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues and receive coaching from the senior leadership team.

You’ll work in Surbiton - a leafy, pub-filled “village” in South London, 10-minutes by train from Clapham Junction. We’ll want you to come into the office - which is an informal, comfortable space where you’ll enjoy the “buzz” of the sales environment.
