Sales Executive

£27kbasic - £51k OTE – simple achievable commission structure

Is this you?

• You’re an ambitious, growth-mindset individual, looking for a real career opportunity.

• You want to learn and gain experience, but you’re left cold by the idea of being a tiny fish in a huge pond.

• You’re a “people person” so you want to be on the front-line in meetings, on the phone, connecting with people and building relationships.

• You want a guarantee that your hard work will be rewarded with the progression you’re looking for.

Talent Nexus are recruiting our new sales team to fuel our exciting growth plans for 2023 and beyond.

We’re going to hire, train and develop a team of 6 new colleagues who’ll all join at the same time and follow the same initial growth plan.

There’ll be lots of opportunities to work collaboratively with colleagues and receive coaching from the senior leadership team.

Everyone at Talent Nexus has quarterly reviews which are an opportunity to get support, discuss your progression, and further your development.

We’ve got exciting and achievable revenue targets, which means this is a genuine opportunity for high performers to earn great money and progress quickly.

Anyone who consistently hits their growth target is guaranteed a promotion (salary and title) by the end of their first year with us.

Our clients really value our work, and we’ve got an excellent reputation out in the market – so you’ll always be proud of the company you’re representing.

Mindset, attitude and potential is much more important to us than experience.  We’ve got a great track record of hiring people for their “culture fit” and turning them into vital members of the team.  If you’ve got relevant experience, great!  But if you don’t, don’t let it put you off.

You’ll be expected to throw yourself into all aspects of a “classic” sales exec role: from prospecting (phone, email, social media) to running sales meetings (on calls and in-person) and effectively closing leads.

You’ll work in Surbiton – a leafy, pub-filled “village” in South London, 10-minutes by train from Clapham Junction.  We’ll want you to come into the office – which is an informal, comfortable space where you’ll enjoy the “buzz” of the sales environment.

The company is owned and run by people who genuinely care about the welfare of their team.  We pay people properly, fund extra training where it’s required, and prioritise work-life-balance.  We have twice-weekly lunchtime exercise classes (HIIT, yoga), regular company socials, a monthly book-club, themed lunch break activities, and more.

If you’ve got questions you can take a look at our website or contact (VP Sales).  Your CV doesn’t have to be overly extensive: focus on things that are particularly interesting about yourself, and any experience which is particularly relevant to this role.

All applicants will receive a response.
