Senior Finance Assistant – Revenue

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Assistant to join our growing finance team, to look after the revenue areas that make our business tick- the client billing, sales ledger, and treasury.

About the role

Keeping on top of transactions is essential to keep things running smoothly. Because we’re growing quickly, that means things are really accelerating in our finance team too.

We need a finances superstar to maintain full transparency and accountability across all transactions.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who’s able to hit the ground running, bringing to the table some existing experience of handling invoicing and payments. This means you might have achieved AAT part-qualification, or have picked up your knowledge on the job (QBE).

There will be lots to learn, so you’ll also need to bring a positive attitude and an appetite to expand your knowledge and skills.

You’d be a great fit for this role if you:

  • You’re able to pay close attention to the detail
  • You can meet deadlines and manage your own workload
  • You’re confident working with spreadsheets,online banking and accounting software (such as Xero)
  • You’re great at communicating and working with a team to make things happen
