At the end of last month, the Talent Nexus team headed to Baker Street to host our Recruitment Content Marketing Workshop. Over 30 attendees from companies including Costa Coffee, Macmillan Cancer Support and Network Rail took part in a full morning of presentations, round-table discussions and case studies.

The workshop covered topics such as how to think like a marketeer, ways to diagnose recruitment challenges, mapping content to the candidate journey and how to use target personas to inform your recruitment campaigns.

We were lucky to be joined by Peter Hogg, Talent Acquisition and Mobility Manager at Schneider Electric, who spoke about how producing video content helped his team to recruit candidates for their HR department. The video content was so successful that it was later used to solve several other problems throughout the candidate journey and form part of many more recruitment campaigns.

We regularly run workshops which are designed to help inform in-house recruiters of how they can apply marketing practices to their recruitment campaigns to improve results.
