Featured Employer is a set of branding benefits that can be activated for a company who is promoting sponsored jobs on Indeed.
It gives the brand better visibility across the Indeed platform, with logos and cover images appearing prominently on more search results pages, emails and alerts.
Indeed's data estimates that being a featured employer generates a 49% higher started application rate on average. So it can have a big impact.
What are the benefits?
Featured employer helps you stand out from competitors and make your brand more visible to candidates on the platform.
There's no denying that jobs in search results pages with featured employer are much more eye-catching.
How much does it cost?
There isn't an additional separate cost for featured employer, but you will need to be spending a certain amount on sponsored jobs to unlock it. The cost is calculated based on the number of jobs you're posting to Indeed and how much you're paying per job on sponsorship.
How do I become a featured employer?
Your Indeed account manager (or your Talent Nexus account manager if you're already one of our clients), will be able to help you calculate what your minimum monthly spend would need to be to 'unlock' featured employer.
Once your monthly spend on sponsored jobs is above that amount, you'll start recieving the featured employer benefits on your jobs.
